Lump On Black Neons Head (help Needed)

Just noticed that one of the new additions to my tank has a lump on its head. Every time i try and take a pic it moves though.

Anybody got any ideas???

Its a whitish colour

The fish has ben isolated at the moment

Managed to get a pic took so as soon as i find the USB lead i will put it up

we really need help please i dont know whether to put him out his misery or put him back in hte tank

it doesnt look like 'cotton wool' looks like a tumour

No red edging or red inside the white of the lump.
Is the lump hard looking or soft like filled with fluid.

There is no Red In the lump at all

It is the same sort of size as what the small food pellets are.

As for if f it looks hard or soft its hard to say. It is pronounced on its head so i would say hard

All you can do is issolate the fish and try a bacterial med.
