i got a FREE fluval duo deep 1000 tank!

why? coz my friend got one and it had a leak, and he told the store and they just gave him a new one with out him having to return the old one! (i think they did that coz they wanted to close for the night lol)

so i stripped the old sealant off it today and i am gonna reapply some new sealant tomoz

and bingo a a £260 fish tank for £10 worth of silicone

yeah i got the leaky one (was only fair as he shelled out the cash for it )

going to put it in my front room i think, bit of a house upgrade for my 3 goldfish lol

they are about 5" each and they are in a 2ft tank at the mo so its a bit cramted for em.

now thinking of it i got this tank for free and my 2 other tanks have been struck my desiese one has got real bad white spot that aint clearing up, and the other has got bad fin rot.

black sharks just dont look right with white spot.

ooo your soo lucky, i had a dream last night that i fell asleep in my mums car and woke up outside petsathome on my own and there was a tank still in the box and with all the equipment next to a skip, then i woke up lol

Thats odd, didnt they want to see the leaky tank at all? It seems wierd they would just give a new one without returning the old one.. something must be a-miss.

well we took it and as we got there they were closing, and they said for us to just take the new one and to just throw the old one in their skip. so we drove round the back they dumped the new one outside and shut up the shop, so i ran home (only living like 5mins away) got my car and we took both like a said above i guess they wated to get home dont bother me tho i am happy

woo its all set up, will try to get you some pics soon. added media from another tank to help this tank cycle. added some cycle cems. got my perl lawn buffing up in pots on the top cant wait.
