Lowering Nitrites And Nitrates

The nitrite/nitrate levels have suddenly rised.
I've been doing daily water changes to keep them at bay. But they haven't dropped much.

Is there any kind of chemical or substance i could buy or use to help lower them.

It's a 22g saltwater tank with a couple of clowns an anemone and a couple of gobies. Also a few cleaner crabs and two shrimp.

You will need water stats. How long the tank has been set up.
