Posted some pics of my other planted tank, so i'd post a pic of my low tec low light planted Betta tank.

The java moss has realy taken off, i,m waiting for the vallis to grow and thicken out at the back and the same at the front with the Echinodorus Tenellus.
I thinking of removing the sword plant to keep that gentle slope going.

It suprises me how well its doing, as the only mantaince i do is around a 20% water change weekly with treated r/o.
The only ferts i add 5ml of my lfs home brand of plant food that was carsing my algue problems in the other tank.

Which is that leafy plant in the foreground thats looking rather bright? I love it..its a beauty !!

Ah, thanks...one more thing. Which filter do you have in there? Looks like an Ehiem Aquaball, is it? Is it good? And whats the size of the tank ?

Sorry for so many questions :)

Yep its an ehiem aqua ball i rate them, you can add baskets to put other medium in if you want, they have a fairly slow flow rate so there perfect for planted tanks, i made a spray bar out of a bit of plastic pipe.

The tank is a juwel record 60 with the standard 15wat tube, i took the filter out of it a while back as i didnt think it was upto much.

Nice little tank, i love the aquaball filters myself, best internal filter on the market without a doubt, i use a couple in small tanks.
