Low - Medium Light Carpet Plant

I was wondering how Eleocharis parvula would grow under 1.8wpg and diy co2. I have eco-complete as a substrate. I might get some from aqua essentials. I have java moss already. Experiences of the plant welcome.

Its a trick plant, I know of several experienced planters that have had trouble with it, so I would suggest its probably only a high-light plant.
