Low Light Carpet/small Grassy Plants?

As the topic says... looking to see if there are any low light carpet plants.. or grassy ones. DH has decided that he would like some heh

E. tennellus has worked well for me in the past. It stays small in my 1.4WPG T5 tank. I am also having good luck with Vallisneria natans or najas, don't remember which one I have at the moment. While it isn't short, it can grow way past 2ft, it has very fine leaves and is great for a background plant. Other low lying include Marsiliea hirsuta, HM, and HC. At least for me, these have done well in low to moderately lit tanks with or without CO2.
