Well, it goes without saying a livebearer tank which has a mix of males and females will result in fry eh?

So, over the past few weeks my time has been consumed by catching up all those little buggers before they get eaten. I set up a 10 gallon to put them in once they were overcrowding the breeding net, and they're all happy in there. Only been feeding them crushed flake, which they seem to enjoy/be satisfied with.

Oh, there was 4 guppy babies and quite a few platy's which I've not bothered to count yet. One of the guppy babies had an extreme growth spurt and was let out the breeding net into the main tank, and now he's developed into a lovely wee male.

Will have to get pics, they're quite cute hehe.

Brilliant stuff. :)

Thought i would share a few of my new fry with you :)

I have the same problem, I have about 40 fry in my tank with the adults, the adults never eat them though. Now I have too many so I am going to upgrade my 60L biorb for a 120L (not a biorb though). Then I will use the 60L as a rearing tank.
