One of my maylandia lombardoi females died she went from a little fat to not eating and then dead in three days. I'm pretty sure it's bloat but wander if my other fish are in danger. I bought some different food, did a water change, and also looking to replace her. Is there something I should do to make sure my other fish don't get it?

I don't think there's too much you can do at this point exept ensure there's nothing obvious stressing the fish, which I get the feeling you have covered, and keep an eye on things to make sure all the other fish are doing well. Considering how many fish are being kept in these tanks it's not abnormal to lose one every now and then.
