Loss of colour?!

Does anyone know what can cause Rummy Nose Tetra to loose their red colouring?

stress, bad water conditions. NTD?

what are your water parameters?
Is the colour loss in the morning, or all day?

Ammonia = 0
Nitrite = 0
Nitrate - Trace

Tank is filled with RO water with the RO additive.

Colour loss is all day and fish appear to be shimmying.

What is NTD ?

All other fish in the tank are fine (Betta's and Discus)

NTD is neon tetra disease, it dosn't only affect neons.
If it is ntd you need to euthinise immediatly as it is highly contagious and uncurable
