Losing Scales

Hi...yup me again!

3 of my 5 platy's now seem to be losing scales on their bodies? 1 is still very lethargic.
I was adding melafix for Bubbles cottony growth on his lip. But stopped that a couple of days ago. with a W/C and replacing Carbon pad.
I removed it again today and started dosing Pimafix for body rot.

and Jackson (in the other tank) has Fin rot!!

It's all going pear shaped!!

not really i rounded all the edges off the rocks. it maybe the wood but it's been in there ages now and this has only come to light now.
