I have been losing fish on a daily basis. All water readings are excellent. Ammonia-0, nitrite-0, Nitrate-5 PH-7.6. I have attached a couple pics of silver dollars with spots on them. I have absolutely no clue why my fish are dying. I have another 55 gallon at myoffice so while not an expert I have some knowledge of fish-keeping. The tank I am having a problem with is a 75 gallon with a cascade canister filter.

They are white and on the fins and body...look like grains of salt..they do not appear bunched...

Ich or whitespot depends on where you come from.
Turn temp up to 30 increase aeration in the tank, remove black carbon and add the parasite med for whitespot.
Read instruction carefully as some scaless fish can't handle parasite meds to well they sometime tell you to half dose.
If have invertbrates remove them from the tank as they can't tolerate parasite meds.

Thanks, I give it a try...My aquarium temp has been between 80-82 F. What do you mean to turn temp up to 30?? I have alot of aeration in tanks with canister filter and whisper pump...

Just turn it up a knotch then to 83 f
