Hi, it's me again posting something!!?!! One of my fish has been looking bloated. It's a Pundamilia nyererei. One of my others bloated and died(i think I still haven't been able to find him???) Cichlid forum says they're carnivores so I've been feeding them Omega One natural protein formula *the small pellets (it says Cichlid on the container). I only feed two pellets twice a day. I soak them in a container with aquarium water because even though it says small pellets they still can't get it in their mouth. Then i break up the two pellets and pour it in.

I also supplement with Tetra Micro Crabs Cyclopeeze granuales twice or so a week. These two fish prettty much stay on their own side of the tank so I drop two of the tiny pellets one at a time by one fish and two to the other fish. I watch to make sure they each get 2.

I have given hikari cichlid staple. *the green bag* just 2 times and that's all. they are the mini pellets.

The fish seems alright and still swims around and eats. It's been like this for about a week. What do you guys/gals think? Am I doing something wrong?

Sorry the pics are blurry. This fish is extremely camera shy. As soon as he'd see it he'd go hide! These pics were a real challenge.
