Looking To Buy Betta From A Breeder :)

Hello everyone

First of all, I'm new to the forum so hi to you all. I hope you're all well & having a good evening!

My name is Nathan & I'm from Cheshire. I'm new to fish keeping and have already fallen for Betta fish.

I currently have a 75 lite tank that is fishless-cycling, and will be ready in another week or two.

I am looking to find a breeder that has Betta Splendens for sale. I am looking for one nice male. I like the Crowntail variety, but I am not limited to this as I do think they're all stunning fish. But, I'd much rather buy from a breeder than Pets @ Home as I have issues with how the fish are treated and sold there.

depending on where you are i would try Maidenhead aquatics@woodford if you are close, the can order you in bettas, its worth asking! right now they just have veiltails and a couple of plakats

otehrwise there arent many places on teh internet right now, some may not even ship because of the cold weather right now!

indeed i have =] i live in stockport lol

last time i rang up they said that they only had veils in but the occasionally get other types in, its worth a ring though =]

haha is is a small world, in all technicality im from hazel grove though =] I work at the maidenhead in woodford and they have ordered me in bettas, i may even still have the pictures from the stocklist if you cant find a betta anywhere else =]

Sweet! Thanks for that, will keep it in mind! Well the tank is finally starting to hurry now, which is good cause I'm sick of the ammonia getting me everytime I open it.
