Looking To Buy A New Tank

Hi, I just wanted to know how much tanks can vary in quality really?

I found a company locally on eBay that build tanks, stands and goods etc...

The ones on eBay look really nice, so I asked him to do me a quote for a custom one:

5' x 2' x 2', stand, sump, 2 weirs, pipe work and hood - in 10mm glass - £680, which I think is a good deal.

But I'm concerned that maybe the work and quality will be poor? Any advice?

just make sure the seals are done proper on the tank, and if they are local look at how much/often they sell, look at comments, what kind of materials is it made of, i usually just look at tanks cuz i buy eveything seperate for what i want in that particular tank.

as your in kent your probably on about ac glass. their on ebay that i've seen. not had any dealings with them but if their on ebay check their feedback and you can ask on here. you can give the company name if its not ac glass so then ppl will be better equipped to answer mate

There is a tank and cabinet maker called lush_lola on ebay. They are in Sittingbourne in Kent, not had any dealings with them but have seen them advertised.

Also dont forget NDaquatics, quite a few people on here have tanks from them and I have mine being delivered next thursday

Yeah Lush Lola are the ones I'm talking about. Significantly cheaper than ND, that's why I'm considering them!
