Hiya all,
I been looking around trying to find some nice guppys around cornwall, uk and havent found anything, anywhere yet. Im not after anything particularly special, just some pretty and healthy fish. LFS has guppys but they look less healthy than a dead one :\ so if anyone know anyone, any websites or e-mail addresses etc then thatd be great

Have you tried TriMar? Don't know what their guppies are like, but have been impressed by the fish they just sent me. I believe you can go there and look at the fish, it's not just online.
I agree, it is difficult to find strong guppies. I have found one shop round here, don't know how they do it, but every guppy delivery they get looks good. In all the other shops, regardless of the quality of the rest of the stock, the guppies look awful.

Yes, im off to Trimar tomorrow. Luckily its just 10 mins by car. I just wanted to keep my options open and find a few places, in order to check out the stocks and quality, instead of just sticking with one place to choose from. Im quite hopefully that their stock will be good though the idea of homing a breeders stock rather than buying from a shop was more appealing. Thanks anyways

Just thought id let you know about a little aquatic shop, near Fraddon in Cornwall, called Billy the fish aquatics, its run by a local guy with a small business and is always v.helpful and the fish are excellent from there I always buy my fish from there now. xx
