Yeah, you could post there, but just because, what kind of tetras do you have already?
There are many kinds of tetras, I think neons are the most popular(?)

Waterways - Wrexham
Limestar Tropicals - Tarvin
The Fish People - Grosvenor Garden Centre, Chester

There are about four garden centres with Aquatic sections where I live and all of them sell Scissor tails.

Have you actually been to any LFS's/Aquatic Centres and had a look??
