Looking For Small Shy Fish

Any small shy fish that would go into a peaceful 20gal. heavily planted tank. The smaller the better , it will be going with sparkiling gouramis, 2 ottos, and some shrimp.
any suggestions?
also are there any other small gouramis besides the sparkiler?

I have some pentazona barbs which are very peaceful-they dont bother other fish of each other-i have six in my tank. They spend most of there time hiding in the plants and forage around - I have some cherry barbs too they are very similar. Hope this helps

I have some pentazona barbs which are very peaceful-they dont bother other fish or each other-i have six in my tank. They spend most of there time hiding in the plants and forage around - I have some cherry barbs too they are very similar. Hope this helps

Pencilfish Nannostomus are small and gentle fish that like a planted tank. Better in a group of 3 though.

Cherry barbs are great... get a trio (1m, 2fm) or 2. Or harlequins rasboras. Not too active, nice schoaling group of 5-6 would look great.
As for other small gouramis, there are croaking gouramis, just a bit larger than the sparkling. Are similar though.

Pygmy cories are small and shy. They're hard to find though.

yeah, there's a whole post on here are fish that are tiny. It's listed for 10-gal tanks, but would work there too. I think it's under the begginer's section... I'll try to find it for you.
