Looking For Easy Plants For My 70l

ive got a juwel rekord 70l but its only got a 15w tube and i cant afford to change anything else yeti leave it on about 12 hours a day

is there anything to suit this kind of lighting thats very low maitinence?

It will probably be fine as long as your lighting levels are low which i assume they are if you havent upgraded them. If you see pinholes, yellow leaves or stunted growth in the roots then you will know that the fertiliser isnt good enough.
Saying that it also depends on the plant species you have, if you have any cryptosoryne sp. then these are suceptible to crypt melt so therefore the defficiencies i listed above are inevitable. They will grow back after a few weeks though.
