Hi, I'm not sure where you can find them?! I did a search and they're on the ICUN Red List as vulnerable. I don't know for sure if that would make them harder to find?!? You could try Daves Rare Aquarium Fish I don't have any experience with him yet, but I've heard other members endorse him and said he'll try to get specific kinds for people.
