No, went and got some friends as witnesses, they saw it, got pictures and went to find something to 'move it on' came back after a few minutes and it was gone!!!! Cue much searching of bedding.

I remember vividly when I was taking a shower in an outdoor shed in Fiji, I turned to the side and saw a very similar spider with a fat body about the size of a matchbox on the corrogated iron next to me, raising and lowering it's body quite quickly...I was naked, covered in soap and couldn't just get out of the shower...freaked me right out!
