I've just read a bit on here, and im thinkin from my symptoms which i have posted in emergancies my neon tetra may have swim bladder disease... wot is it...can anyone confirn this..and if yes how do i treat it!!!! HELP !!!
i didnt quiiiiiiiiite understand that!
my water parameters are fine: ammonia 0 nitite 0 and nitrate 15.
none of my other fish are exhibiting this behaviour...but last week i moved my tetras from one tank to another but the new tank has a better water quality...sooooo i dont know whats happend!
the only thing i can think of mayb is.......they came from a 80 degree tank i acclimatised them to a around an 82 degree tank but then decided to turn he heat down to the same 80 degrees....i wuldnt say thats a drastic temp change!!!
i would suggest then that the stress of the move has left that tetra open to infection which may have caused the swim bladder disease.... especially if he has only exhibited signs since the move
