Hi'While growing plants with CO2 in the water.Have you got to keep the surface of the water sill, or can there be some movement with the water on top Thanks.Mark

as far as im aware it needs to be still.. what co2 are you using?, i used to use the nutrafin one and turn off my airpump at night and let it do its thing :)

Yes, what type of Co2 method are you using?
Even with CO2, we do like to allow some surface water movement. Not enough to "break" the surface but enough to move the surface about. This promotes good surface gas exchange including oxygen. Too much surface disruption would drive off CO2.
