I Have Long Stringy Things Coming From The Leaf Growing Thingys And They Are Kinda Weird They Are Getting In All TheCracks In My Bogwood And everything!
Are these roots or are these dangerous

It is probably hair algae. My friend has it in his tank, and it sorta looks like what you are describing. Do you have a picture?

EDIT: almost told him it was "string" algae. Haha

Its the stringy white things hanging down rom the top of the picture

Is it part of a plant? If it is just hanging from the surface of the water, it might be something big, I've never heard of this happening. If it's part of a plant like watersprite, it is just the roots.

it's off my Red Ludwigia, Bacopa Monieri And My Hygro Polysperma on all of them and its coming from the little bits the elafs come out of. But they are kinda swarming the tank! they look ugly

It might be some sort of algae, I'm pretty sure you shouldn't have that on the leaves of your plants. What are you tank stats, and lighting? Do you have c02 installed or fertilizers?

It's not algae.

They come from the nodes of the plant. I've heard several names for them, water roots, water shoots, aerial shoots, and I think axial roots. Anyway, just snip them off if you don't like them.

Quick drawing on paint of what it kinda looks like you know the little kinda knobbly bit when te leaves are about to spout they are growing out fo those thingys all over

are they the bits that should be buried when i replant them if i cut them off? im going to cut some bis off to replant. They grow like wildfire!
