Long Finned Danio Still Oddly Bloated

I had a post on about a month ago and I was told to do epsome salt baths. I've been doing them 2-3 times a week for 30min each. They help a little but right after i do them but so far they haven't had any long-term effects. She also hasn't gotten any worse.
My water stats are:
ammonia-0
nitrite-0
ph-7.4
nitrate-30ish
I do water changes once a week.
So any ideas on what else i can try?

I suspect that the danio has a tumor of some kind, provided it is active and is eating well there is nothing that you can do, however try fasting the fish for 5 days, to see if the bulge dissapears.
