I have a 20 gallon high tank with only a lonely full grown Angel fish in it. What else, if anything, can I put in there with this Angel?

1-2 bolivian/blue rams or
2-3 apistos or
1 keyhole
+dithers (nothing small)
+bottom feeders

Be careful with the bottom dwellers as you said your tank was high so substrate space will be less than most 20g tank.

hmmm you will be restricted and i think 20G is too small but im not 100% too sure on that :)

but you could try a pair of Rams or apistos :good: but like meguro pointed out; they are bottom dwellers so the Surface area on the bottom may be a concern

far too small for any other cichlids... unless you like replacing them

Are you sure it isn't a 29 gallon high ? What are the measurements ?

Faythee, the measurements are 24 inches accross by 14 1/2 inches high by 12 inches front top back.
I was thinking of using Rams or apistos which would add some color to the tank which has a sand substrate and possibly add some fake plants. It's a shame to "give it up" as a trade, since I bought it and raised it up from a dime size body to a full grown

A pair of Rams would work, or you could have Corie Cats instead (they love sand) for the bottom and a small school of Jumbo Rasboras for color.
