Well it's a beautiful day here in the big smoke, and as I am extremely lucky to be working slap bang in the centre of London I thought I'd make the most of it today and take a few snaps in my lunchbreak. Enjoy!

That last one was Nelson's column in Trafalgar Square, here is Traf Sq at ground level (the road leading off into the distance is Whitehall with Big Ben at the end ):

Down to the river - this is taken from the Hungerford Bridge of the London Eye on the south bank.

This is Big Ben and the houses of parliament, taken from the Hungerford Bridge while facing west:

And this is taken on the other side of the bridge facing east! You can just about see St Pauls, the Oxo Tower, and the gherkin. Blackfriars Bridge is the bridge you can see (pretty boring actually, shame Tower Bridge is a bit further down!).
