I think my tank has a leak somewhere, but im not 100% sure. Past day or so iv seen water build up at once corner of my tank on my desk, and im uncertain as to whether its an actual leak at that side, or a build up of water under the tank where it has escaped when iv been messing around with water changes etc.
If it is a leak however, it is only small and quite slow. Whats the best way of locating the leak when fish are in the tank?
And what action do i take - just put some seal over it? Or should i seal around all edges of the tank to make sure - outside of the tank. Maybe the sand wore the seal down on the inside, causing a tiny gap. When the tank is empty should i put seal around all edges on the inside?
Cant really do anything until next week because getting my new tank has been delayed
Any advice would be good, currently have toilet roll around this corner in the event more water comes out, and easy to spot if it does happen.
