Loaches With Ich

hi im new @ keeping loaches and my loaches hav ich!!! my fish hav had ich before i've used Ich-Guard and it worked fine. but i heard that loaches are really senstive to meds. and i also read that they get ich very easily. what do i do? i dont want them to die! please help me!!!!

Clown loaches.
Need size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate, and ph.
With some meds yes you have to go in with half dose with clown loaches.
Turn temp up to 30, but you must increase aeration in the tank, as the high temp and med reduce 02 in the water.
