Loach

I just got a Horse Face loach (closest to a eel I could find) but hes very very skittish around me and other fish all i have to do is take on step and it hides or goes mental is this normal

don't worry,i didn't see mine for about the first 4 months that i had him.i've had him for over a year and a half and some times i may not see him for a couple of days at a time.
