Loach Acting Weird

I have three golden dojo loaches and one is acting weird. He lyes on his side and wiggles around turning around in circles. I'm worried that he may have a bacteria infection because he had an open soar before, but it's healed so I dunno. The other two are fine looking.

okay it's not moving as much and is trying to dig into the sand ....kind of

I have 3 Loaches which I bought recently. Apparently they do sometimes lie on their side, much to the concern of their keepers who think they have died! They swim funny too compared to my other fish. I think it's the way their fins are arranged. They are very good at eating the snails though, I was overrun now I hardly see any.
