increase temp to 26/27
get an API freshwater testing kit if you can

can you tell me any symptoms are they flicking/rubbing gagaisnt plants gravel or ornaments
any red patches/lesions
do they have sunken tummys?
any excess slime or fluffy patches on their scales?

do you have discus and livebearers in the same tank? what size tank is it? what filtration have you got? when you say theyre turning white, do you mean theyre going pale, or are they getting a fungus on their body?
we really need some pics and test results

Need size of tank in gallons or litres
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

The symtoms you are describing can point towards bad water quality, unstable temp, ph shock, parasites, bacterial.
