Live Serpae Tetra Dying

After I noticed it lost it whole lower fin, my serpae tetra is struggling to balance it self but is still breathing. What should I do.

Can you post your water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.
Is the fish bloated.
Sounds like the fish is unable to balance with the missing fin, does he look exhausted.

I cant state the water stats right now but he is not bloated and he does look exhausted

Not good then he won't make it he's wearing himself out to keep balance.
I would issolate him in a container and prepare for the worst, sorry.
