Live Plants

I have set up a 320 Aquastart for my male betta (see this link for the tank and Mr.B http/www.fishforums.net/index.php?showtopic=151850 )

I currently have a silk plant which is looking about old and shabby, I was thinking about getting some live plants.
Can anyone suggest some plants he will like?

I also have a Juwel Vision 180 and I would like natural plant life in that, I have been told that female betta's like floating plants (see my signature for the other varierty of fish).

For your males tank, i would suggest somthing with large leaves, i find that males like to occasionally rest on them, other wise they will rest on the bottom, which may not always be clean.

Female bettas will also rest on large leaved plants, but do enjoy floating stuff as well. I would suggest either javamoss, or some free floating hornwart.
