OK so I'm very limited as to what I can fit into my tiny tank so I'm sticking to having a single betta which means I have to change my plastic plants. So I thought that having live plants in my tiny tank along side a beautiful betta may give it that bit more impact! Any suggestions for certain plants I would be able to grow in my tiny tank? Many thanks

Cryptocorynes (aka crypts) will be ideal, willisii and beckettii will be great, and not too big. Wendtii is another variety.

Beat me too it TLM. Agree with the crypts. A lot of other easy plants like Vallis will be too big for your tank. You could try something like Cabomba too as it can be trimmed back as it grows to the required length/shape.

Lovely thank u for your ideas

java fern and anubias, if you get them small, theres a tinny version of anubais, called pittie nana, its REALLY small, but looks good, depending on your lights you could also have glassco or some microchain swords, you might be able to get away with a larger plant at the back, theres loads of stems out there, but they'd need cutting back regually, also hairgrass you could give a try... it all depends on the look you want at the end, floating plants or mosses might also be fine as well
