Live plants for bettas

I'm going to be re-decorating all of the betta tanks, and want to add live plants. I was wondering what other's use in their non-filtered bowls, that get low to medium light.

I think everyone is starting to get bored with their flower pots.

the aponogeton bulbs from wal-mart grow fast and in pretty much any condition. That's what I use in my tanks.

Are those bulbs the ones you buy dry? In a packet? I was thinking about those, but was wondering about their "reliability".

There is a thread somewhere here about this. The live plants most commonly used are Java fern and Java moss because they're hardy plants.

And camboba. Good stuff. And most of the loose plants they have at Petco are good, too.
