Little Worms

hello i have a 10 gallon tank and we have 1 pink convict and a black convict and there are little white worm like things crawling along the side of my tank and theres thosands of them. What are they and are they good or bad? im just a beginner at this

this is a sign of over feeding, I'm not sure what their called but have seen then befor many a time

Reduce ur feeding, as the food should be eaten with in 2 mins of putting it in, and none should be left what so ever.

Also you do realise that 2 convicts are too big and messy for a 10 gall tank.
