Little Worm Like Things

i was feeding my fish the other day and happend to notice a hell of alot of little worm like things. i have a breeder trap floating in my tank against the glass and these are just sitting in between that and the glass of the tank. they are literally around 2-4 millimetres long white/green body with a little black head. i have looked all over the internet and cant seem to find a picture and they really are too small to take a picture of. anyone got any ideas about what they are and are they harmful to my fish???

sounds like planaria - if it is they're harmless - present in most fish tanks
if you have lots of them you need to reduce your feeding as having an outbreak is a sign of over feeding hun

cut back on the feeding and you wont see them
