In my 90L, all my water parameters are good. double zeros. I added 6 Harlequins one week ago. did a 40% weekly water change yesterday. just now I noticed about 5 white spots on one of the rasboras. I have 3 platties in the tank as well and no other fish are showing spots, tho I did notice one of my platties swim really fast and rub against the bottom sand twice about 3 days ago. I am heavily planted and have high turnover. I also have a couple platty fry recently dropped in the tank. no one seems to be acting differently, just noticed these spots on the rasbora. Am i freakin out for no reason? or should i start treating for itch immediatly? im really bummed out since this tank has been doing so good with everything. will treating for itch hurt the fish if they dont have it?

Sounds like white spot. treat as per instructions for white spot treatment. It wont bother those without spots but will prevent them from getting it. WS3 is the best treatment in my view but not sure if you can still get it as its a long time since I've needed it.
Protozin is ok too.
Be carefull if you have shrimps or clown loach. DO NOT over dose. increasing the temperature helps too
