My guppy has just had loads of really cute babies  , just a couple of questions I need answering if possible.

1. How long should I leave the mother in the isolation net?

2. I have fed the baby fish crunched up flake and small portions of brine shrimp, which they seemed to enjoy. Will this be enough or do I need "fry food"?

3. Is there anything else I should be aware of as I really don't want to lose any of them.

I would release the mother fish back now as she doesn't need to be in there anymore.
Are the fry in a breeding net? If they have taken ok to flake foods thats fine, most people prefer fry foods as it helps ensure the fry get all the nutrition they need and it is also easier for them to eat and so will lead to less complications if any.

Personally i would advise you feed them hikari "first bites" for the first couple of months before moving them onto crushed flakes. You also feed them crushed freezedried tubifex/daphinia/bloodworms but make sure these are very crushed up before you feed them to the fry as somtimes the fry can bites off more than what they can handle and choke to death.
feeding these foods will just help ensure that the fry are very healthy and grow well and have good colors.

you should go to the local pet store and get some liquified food for them they will grow faster you feed them on that for about a week and then buy brine shrimp eggs for the next 2 weeks and then feed them flake (grounded flake)

you should remove the female about 20mins after she has given birth to the last 1 because in that 20 mins she could have some to come out so you leave her in there just in case because if you put her in the tank straight after birth she could give birth to more and they will get eaten.

give the mother time before you put her back in to the tank because she could get really stressed and die and you dont want that do you.

ps: just for future reference, this kind of stuff usualy goes in the livebearer section of the forum due to guppys being livebearers; there is alot of useful info about raising them there too

I would personaly let the fry out and let them, get on, on there own, raising fry in a breeding bet produce's alot of problems, like stunted growth, and growth deformitys. You also run the risk of high death raite due to over feeding, Liqui fry is very and will not do good thing to your water quality.

I know many people see thse cute little babys and just want them to suvive as they are cute. But to be honest it just caurse's more suffering to the fish in the end. I'd also be very suprosed if your female life's more than a week after birth, being that she has birthed in a net.

Sorry, (i hate being all dume and glume.) :/

if u hav a filter in the fry tank be careful as the fry will get sucked in and die
