Little Critters In My Tank!

I have just noticed these little bug looking things, they are on top of my Amazon Frogbit in my breeding net, One of the shrimps in the breeding net was full of eggs last week but these dont look like baby shrimp!! any idears??

Are they anything to worry about?

O dear, I will pick as many out as possible tomorrow.

They dont look like they will cause much harm so im not that worried.
 
I'm pretty sure they're Collembola (globular springtails), although the pictures are a bit fuzzy. Springtails are actually the most common of all macroscopic animals, but few people know what they are! Totally harmless, they'll just be eating detritus and I'm sure your fish will happily gobble up any that fall in the water.
