Little Angel About To Die

My little Angel has suddenly started to act very weird within the last half an hour.
It keeps bumping into things, spinning round in circles, swimming upside down and just floating on its side moving with the current.
Any idea what could be causing this?

Tank size: 38 Gal
pH: 7.6
ammonia: 0
nitrite: 0
nitrate: 10
kH: 6
gH: >10
tank temp: 76

Tank Mates can been seen in my profile.

As I have been typing this and testing the water the little thing has deteriated to the point I think I will have to put it out of its misery.
Sorry, no hospital/quaranteen tank available.

sounds like swim bladder disease to me.

Thanks for your thoughts. Not completely sure it was swimbladder disease as it was completely fine up until about an hour ago and just went into some kind of spasm. I guess I will have to keep an eye on the other fish just in case there is a hidden problem somewhere.

The video not working for me.
If the fish wasn't blaoted and only started to do this behavour for half and hour I wouldn't say it was swim bladder.
That behavour is a sign of a dieing fish, but what it had couldn't known for sure, without more details.

Very young, only 2" approx in length. Have only had them a couple of weeks.
