Hey everyone,

I've got a bamboo shrimp. Since a recent rescape I don't see my bamboo shrimp that much, I think I've given him too many hidden perching spots with good flow. I do see him sifting through the sand occasionally though. I've tried crushing stuff up for him but it doesn't work.

In other news, I'm raising a cory fry and feeding him Liquifry.

I was reading the packaging for the Liquifry and it the way it's worded sounds like it might actually be good for filter feeding shrimp. Would there be any merit to adding some to my tank or am I just crazy?

Actually directing some liquid fry food at a filter feeding shrimp sounds like a good plan to me much like how people feed their corals in marine tanks. I am sorely tempted to try my hand at rifle shrimp (an Aussie native filter feeding) but have been umming and ahhing over adding them.

Add some to a bit of water, suck it up with turkey baster, and squirt it at him. Liquifry is perfectly fine to give him. You can also drop a couple of algae wafers in there for him.
