Liquid Ferts For My Tanks? Which Brand?

So I have 2 planted tanks. One is a 10 and the other 30. Both has sand but the 30 has a layer of florite under the sand. The 30 is growing pretty well but slowly and the 10 is kinda stunted with slow growth and dying plants. Algae is taken care of by otos but I want to get some ferts and stuff to help. I have access to API Leaf Zone in stores but am not sure how effective it will be. I also am looking of fert sticks. Any idea if these will work? I also have 1.5 WPG in each tank.

I use TPN+ as a fert and EasyCarbon instead of CO2 (atm). I would recommend both for any planted tank.
