What kind of liquid fertilizers do you guys recommend using for a planted tank?

I was looking at the Seachem liquid fertilizers, but then someone suggested dosing with dry fertilizers.

My tank is 46 gallons, with a 2 x 96 watt light and I just ordered a CO2 system for the tank. My goal is to get the tank fully planted, but I'm not exactly sure what type of fertilizers I should use. I'm using root tabs for my Amazon swords, but I need some type of liquid fertilizer as well.

You have a few options, cheapest would be the EI dry bulk chemicals and dissolve them into your desired concentration solution yourself.

Alternatively, if you have money then you can go for the ADA range, Step 1 or 2 with Brightly K suppliments and as i learned very recently, there are a lot of good aqua scapers who are mixing the ADA Step1 or 2 with Tropica Master Grow, 50/50 !!

Hope thats helps

Chris
