Could i keep Limnophila Aquatica alive an healthy in a 60l tank with 1wpg lighting and weekly doses of TPN+?

If the bulb had a reflector and if you also dosed EasyCarbo/injected CO2, then yes.

Personally I would give the plant some form of carbon whether it was via gas injected or Easycarbo to give it the best chance.
By all means though, give it a try without. You may be surprised by the result.

Ive bought some from ebay as it was in the list of easy plants in the beginners resource centre. Where its said that all the plants have been grown with and without co2...

We'll see i guess...

Also would carbon not cause problems with my shrimp?
