I'm going to Texas soon and where my grand-parents live they have alot of limestone and other rocks, if i sterilize the rocks will it besafe to put in with my cichlids?

Not everywhere in Texas has limestone. And if it's something you're thinking of digging up....

GOOD LUCK!

I always took mine to a car wash, blasted it with RINSE ONLY, making sure you let the lines clear of any soap then I'd boil it in a big bean pot.

she makes them cow boys and indians starve whilst she is doing this, cruel woman. (uses the bean pot) :p

lmao brewyn, anyway it depends what chclids but as long as their african lake chiclids i'll be alright if it's properly washed.

:good:

i haven't got him so there's not much chance in me being forgiven lol. wish i did have him though

:good:

live food for what? lol

nothing could have a betta in any fight  mine tries his luck attacking me!

:good:

HAHAH

good luck digging it up!!!

the chance of finding a real holey piece is extremely rare. your better off going to a landscaping place where they sell it cheap.

considering that little tiny things such as tiger barbs can decimate a betta, then any cichlid would be able to do away with them. any of the larger nimbochromis would consider them a tasty mouthful, and other mbuna would tear chunks out of them.

i know i know i was only joking.

he wouldn't do to well against many of my other fish in a fight. they can get attacked by neons nipping them aswel lmao. neons!

:good:
