Lil Help Her Quick

You really have to keep a close eye on them coz as soon as they have finished spawning he will chase her down and try and kill her, you need to be ready for this. Once they have spawned and she is removed i turn the light on and leave in on at night so he can see what he is doing. Once fry reace day 3 i put a towel over the top of the tank to keep the warm air in.

EXCITEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!i had minor gravel in my tank about 1cm deep if that so i put a clear breeding tray at the bottom so he can pick his eggs up from the floor and i have seen them both looking on it very closely and i looked before and i must have scared her slightly as she coughed out 4 eggs about a 1/7 of a grain of rice. and went to the top took a big gulp of air in and let them float to the bubble nest in 2 bubbles. i am so excited. i have read about a breeder who has only had the femle pick up the eggs so that made me happy lol. i cant wait. so day 3 towel over nd i should keep my light on and a lid on. 1 problm. algea green is building up on the back because i have my light on for about 11 hours a day if not more. i know too much i will try to cvut down. any more hints are welcome

promlemmmmmm. she is leting eggs out and putting them into the nest and they are not fertilised. i need help what should i do

If he wrapped her to releqase the eggs then they sould be fertile. I always add a snail to my tanks after i have removed the male to clean up but this is just my preference.

he wrapped her ages ago and when he wrapped her i didnt see no eggs fall out. and now she is pushing them out by herself and putting them in the bubble nest. what do i do. im starting to panic

you can't do anythin hun just let them get on with it, its not heard of a female releasing eggs all on her own, so thats new to me. But don't panic there is nothing that can be done and no need to over react, just go with it and if it doesn't work recondition them and start over. These things happen

i wish he could just go over to her and fertilise the eggs but right now hes not even bothering her
