Lights?

hi all.. i have a 190ltr juwel corner tank which has 2 strip bulbs... these need changing... so seeing as theres only two slots i need to get the most out of the lights i can fit in
(in a bigger tank i had 4 slots.. 4 different bulbs in it)
i have plants in the tank also... so which would be the best combo for my tank ???
