Can anyone recommend lights for my tank. It is 60 gallon and will be fish and live rock. Down the way I may get an anemone. Someone said to use a Power compact (will this be enough) where is a good place to buy?

Power compact lighting is very good overall lighting. You didn't mention the dimensions of the 60. If you are planning on keeping anemones, you might want to consider metal halides as they require high lighting conditions. They ARE costly and DO generate a lot of heat. If you have 'expendable' income, you could always go with PC and upgrade to metal halide later. SH

VHO is very good in my opinion, they are awesome when ran off of Ice Cap ballasts. T5s are great too (though the technology in regards to our hobby is pretty new) Power Compacts are an ok option, but do generate a lot of heat (compared to other fluorescent bulb types) and end up having a shorter life span when compared to VHO or T5. Hot fluorescent bulbs = shifting/degraded light output, power compacts in my opinion are only ok to use when ran by an Ice Cap ballast which does increase the longevity of the bulbs.
