lights when i'm on hols??

i'm off on holiday in 1 hour, and didnt think about the tank lights when arranging for my gran to come round once a day to feed the fish

will my fish be ok with out the main tank lights on for 5 days as she can only come round once per day and we have no timer switches??

I don't see why not?

You have a lightly planted tank im guessing from your sig - your plants won't thrive, but I dont think they would die - so long as the room isn't deviod of light!

For five days I think you would be ok.

For next time, it pays to get a timer, they really are cheap and save you remembering to turn the lights on/off.
